A new life cycle – Six paradigm shifts for Europe's air navigation service providers

«The greatest challenge today? Responding effectively to the end of the present life cycle in Europe’s air navigation services within the next decade. The operational, technological and organisational path here may not be simple, but it is at least comprehensible. What is currently far from clear is how to master the huge challenge of changing our and our people’s mindsets within this short timeframe. Whether we succeed in launching a new life cycle will depend on our ability to lead our staff through the corresponding change. And this means ensuring that all our managers are not just excellent change managers but excellent people managers, too.»
