Skyguide is a joint-stock company under Swiss law. It is mandated by the Swiss Confederation* to ensure the safe, efficient and cost-effective management of Switzerland’s air traffic, providing civil and military air navigation services and air defence, an aeronautical information service, telecommunication services and the technical services required to install, operate and maintain the company's air traffic management and air navigation systems.
