Enrolling in the skyguide training center will give you access to modular training in air traffic management & control in one of the most modern training centers in Europe. Located in our air navigation service center in Dübendorf near Zurich, the STC has small classes and uses the latest equipment, such as the 360° tower simulators.
All instructors possess many years of international practical and teaching experience. Teaching methods also include e-learning and the Learning Management System. Classes are taught in English.
We offer following services: Recruitment & selection, initial training, unit training, development training, Infrastructure and aviation courses.
The STC is recognised by the Swiss Confederation as a college of higher vocational education and training (Höhere Fachschule HF, Ecole supérieure spécialisée ES), so all air traffic controllers who complete their basic STC training receive a Swiss Federal Diploma.
The tried-and-trusted concept also meets all the requirements stipulated by Eurocontrol, and fulfils all the conditions required for the issue of an international ATCO licence. In 2008, the STC was certified as an air navigation service training provider in compliance with European standards, and as such also trains personnel for other air navigation service providers.
The STC participates in the ERASMUS programme.
