Geneva, 11 May 2026 – Skyguide is realigning its structure: as part of the reduction of the Executive Board, Chief Communication Officer Eva Maria Bieda will step down from her operational role on 13 May 2026. Antoinette Feh Widmer, Head of Public Affairs, will take over the communications role on an interim basis.
Skyguide is continuing to align itself organisationally and strategically with the challenges ahead. Following the Board of Directors’ decision on 7 May 2026 to resize the Executive Board (see press release), the communications function is also being reorganised.
Eva Maria Bieda, Skyguide Chief Communication Officer, Public and International Affairs and Sustainability, will step down from her operational role next Wednesday and will be on leave until her departure.
Skyguide would like to thank Eva Maria Bieda for her dedication and commitment and wishes her all the best for her future, both professionally and personally.
The communications function will be led on an interim basis by Antoinette Feh Widmer, currently Head of Public Affairs.
Information regarding the succession plan will follow at a later date.
