Skyguide Business Day 2025

With increasing air traffic, pressure on tariffs and the need to maintain and modernise critical infrastructure, Skyguide – like other ANSPs – is faced with difficult prioritisation choices and trade-offs that impact airspace users, our regulator and Swiss society. Our financial framework and business model make it progressively challenging to continue delivering safe services and additional capacity to civil and military customers, while also providing critical support to national sovereignty, the economy and society.

At this year’s Skyguide Business Day, we aim to foster a meaningful and constructive exchange among aviation stakeholders and partners. Regulatory authorities, airspace users, air navigation service providers from other countries, and scientists will come together for a dialogue and reflection on the challenges, opportunities and competing interests surrounding the provision of a critical public service financed by private users.
